Multi Pad Lock (MPL)
The Multi Pad Lock is robust and strong and can be used to lockout a power source. The MPL can then be locked with a maximum of 6 padlocks. The MPL can only be unlocked when all padlocks are removed.

To prevent the above lockout / tagout is used. When several people are involved and depend on this lockout / tagout product there can still be an accident. Only one person can use his padlock to secure the area.

Interlock Series WL (Wire Lock)
The interlock from the series Wire Lock (WL) is a flexible lock for multi turn applications like Gate valves, Globe valves and Gearboxes. However, ball valves and butterfly also can be blocked with this kind of lock. The valves can be blocked in open, close or any position between. However, the interlocking between several vales is not possible.
The Wire Lock is manufactured completely by stainless steel. The standard diameter of the stainless steel wire is 6mm. One end is welded to the lock body, the second end is closed with a stainless steel cap. This cap is pressed to the same diameter of the wire. The cable will be clamped indirectly by a tamperproof screw to the lock body. The indirect locking takes care to the cable. No broken wires can hurt the operator. All Wire Locks will be operated by special fitting tools.
Different lengths of the cable are available. The standard length will be 1 meter. If required all other length can be delivered according to specification.
The lock body is graphed with a serial number. This number is registered in our database and also can be used to keep record about the used wire locks and the position of use.
Extensive accessories are available like the second safety, round blanks with tagging or padlocks. The second safety can be fixed loos proof to the lock body. After the cable is clamped by the tamper proof screw the second safety can be turned and the screw is covered. Together with a padlock the second safety is fixed at this position.
Round blanks can be used for individual tagging of a wire lock. The round blanks can be delivered in different color made from Aluminum. Also stainless steel round blanks are available. The round blanks are permanently fixed to the wire lock by 2mm stainless steel cables.
