Full Job Description
We are a Tourism company sourcing for an actively experienced and self-driven B2B Sales
Professionals, INDIAN NATIONALITY! Candidates with excellent communication skills and
command in selling to new customers whilst managing existing clients and sealing new deals and
contracts. The successful applicant must have a proven background in B2B sales and be familiar
with working within the UAE.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To excel in this role, you should have a passion for travel and customer service, as well as an
abundance of practical experience and knowledge of the Travel Industry. Your key responsibilities
will include:
● Identify and target potential clients
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
● Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
● Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition
● Handling inbound sales calls and generated leads, and proactively managing inquiries and
requests from initial qualification to retention of clients
● Respond to incoming inquiries via chat and phone call in a timely manner, adhering to the
company& #39;s target turnaround time of 30 minutes
● Maximizing sales of all travel-related services while upholding exceptional levels of customer
service, and fostering repeat and referral business
● Exhibiting excellent English and Hindi communication skills, both written and verbal, with
proficiency in a third language being an asset (a plus but not a requirement)
● Offer proactive key account management to esteemed clients in the MEA region, providing 24/7
exceptional customer support
● Conducting research and analysis of different travel destinations and customer preferences to
inform itinerary design and recommendations
● Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
● Demonstrated aptitude and passion for sales & customer service, preferably with a successful
track record in Tourism Industry
● Strong persuasiveness and ability to influence others
● In-depth knowledge of Tourism Market and Sales Strategic plan
● Positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and a willingness to engage in
conversation with clients
● Organized and disciplined approach to managing workload
● Enthusiasm for travel, tourism, and travel technology, with a keen awareness of current trends in
the Aviation and Travel industry
Compensation: Negotiable Salary Package + Commission
