If you’re planning a trip to Greece, write these down. Seriously. 📝👇

Greece isn’t just a destination; it’s a completely different pace of life. If you try to rush through your day, the locals will literally tell you to slow down.

From the sacred ritual of afternoon siestas to the fact that "just a bite" means an entire second helping from a Greek grandma, these unspoken rules are the real secret to experiencing the country like a local. 🇬🇷✨

Rule 2: ("Siga Siga") is a personal favorite, but Rule 4: is a warning everyone needs to hear before sitting down at a taverna! 🍽️😂
Which of these rules surprises you the most? Or if you’ve been to Greece, which one did you learn the hard way? Drop a comment below! 👇

How many points did you get? 🧳✈️ Honestly, if you didn’t carry your entire life in a plastic document wallet, did you even travel in the 2000s?

Drop your score in the comments below! 👇 (If anyone gets a perfect 10/10, you win legendary traveler status).

It is wild how much traveling has changed since the days of disposable cameras, physical holiday brochures, and rushing to the internet café to send a quick email home. But honestly, as much as we love the convenience of modern travel apps, there was something so magical about that old-school holiday chaos.

Tag a friend you used to fight for a a sunbed with, or someone who definitely still ties a bright ribbon to their suitcase handle!

Are you actually traveling, or are you just surviving your vacation? 😅✈️

We’ve all done the "vacation from the vacation" trip where you come home more exhausted than when you left. But experienced travelers do things a little differently.

It’s not about ticking off every single tourist trap or booking the cheapest, most stressful flight option. It's about protecting your energy, prioritizing peace, and actually enjoying the moments you paid for. 🏝️✨

Here are 10 game-changing shifts to make before your next trip (Save this for later!):

1️⃣ Direct > Layover: Choose the direct flight whenever possible.

2️⃣ Buffer Room: Arrive a day early instead of risking same-day chaos.

3️⃣ The Room Matters: Book the room you actually want to spend time in.

4️⃣ Quality > Quantity: Prioritize one incredible meal over five mediocre ones.

5️⃣ Slow Down: Leave space in the itinerary just to exist somewhere beautiful.

6️⃣ Pack Smarter: Bring fewer clothes but love every outfit.

7️⃣ Rest is Travel: Realize rest is part of the trip, not wasted time.

8️⃣ Buy Back Peace: Pay for convenience when it meaningfully reduces stress.

9️⃣ True Luxury: Understand that luxury is usually about ease, not labels.

🔟 The Ultimate Goal: Come home feeling lighter instead of needing recovery.

Stop traveling to exhaustion. Start traveling for your soul. 🥂

Took a break at my local Caffè Nero today and the staff were amazing as always. Decided to try the NEW Strawberry & White Chocolate Luxury Frappe and wow — it’s officially joining my favourites list next to their honey pecan oat latte. Nothing beats their cosy shops + friendly service + this creamy whipped iced frappe made with strawberry puree and white chocolate. In-store or on-the-move, Caffè Nero just gets it.
