May 1 β Labour Day
Poles celebrated the value of work. Itβs a public holiday β most offices and factories were closed. You mightβve seen parades or red banners in the streets. For workers from abroad, itβs a reminder that Poland respects labor rights.

May 2 β Polish Flag Day
Though not an official day off, many people took a break. You saw Polish white-red flags everywhere β on buildings, cars, clothes. Itβs a day full of national pride and unity.
