To the big boss of smart holidays hope you will see my post to take an action!
Worst service from dessa!!she ask me to process the visa as early and ask me the downpayment 4000! And i immediately send as she told me to start earlier to process the visa of my mother in law! Everyday i keep in following up with her but she said its processing!i am worrying as almost 1 month already still she did not able to process it and told me many times to just wait and bear with them! So, the visa almost expired in about 2 days and she told me that w eneed to extend her visa as there is an issue with the applocation! And even they call my hisband to go in terminal 3 to cancel the application! Imagine in 2 days they will tell me to extend?? Which is nor acceptable! As she keeps on saying bear with us! And yet application is pending!! So i have nothing to do but to tell them to extend her visa but this will be thwir cost as they r the one who make mistake! Dessa told me to send 1000 and she will deduct that to my balance 3100! Its clear she will deduct! Now after extension still they did not able to process the visa but keep on saying only to wait!! Until 1 week left already and i tlld them if they really can process the visa as almsot finish her extension! They said they cannot so i tld them to refund my money! Total of 5k but they refund only 4k as dessa said that the 1 k is for extension! Why i will pay for that when they r the one who did not able to process the visa!now i will not stop until unless they will return my 1k!
