It's important to remember that beaches are more than just amazing places to explore. They are home to wildlife, important ecosystems, and play a vital role in the health of our planet🌏
Our student travellers often take part in beach clean ups and waste recycling projects that contribute to marine conservation, but you don't need to wait until your expedition to make a difference!🙌
You could organise your own beach litter pick, or help to raise awareness about the importance of protecting our coasts. You can also aim to reduce the amount of single-use plastic in your daily life, or make more eco-friendly choices when it comes to the products you buy♻
