With the recent announcement by the UAE Government to restart Tourism and Visa Applications, we are pleased to update you on certain Critical and Important Updates. We would highly appreciate it if you could kindly inform your teams and Clients about these updates as they are critical and need to be strictly adhered to.
• Please check the IATA Travel Centre website to understand if any restrictions are in place at your destination of travel. Currently every Port of Entry into the UAE have their separate rules on quarantine, please ensure you are aware of the same.
• Kindly Ensure that every visa application and booking has a Return Flight Booked. This might be checked and verified on arrival.
• It is compulsory to have a Comprehensive Travel Insurance that includes Health Cover and Covid-19 treatment coverage for the entire stay.
• Download Health Declaration Form which has to be completed by the Traveller and should be carried to the Airport.
• Download Quarantine Undertaking Form which has to be completed by the Traveller and should be carried to the Airport.
• Both forms need to be handed over on Arrival. These forms will be required for visa applications as well.
• PCR Test with Negative Result had to be taken no more than 96 Hours prior to Arrival in Dubai. The Test Report will be required on arrival at Dubai Airport.
• In case you are unable to obtain a PCR Test Result, you will be tested at the Airport on Arrival and will need to quarantine until the results are received. The cost of this will be paid by the traveller.
• In the event that the Test Results are positive of COVID-19, there will be 14 days Quarantine and all expenses will have to be covered by the traveller.
• All Travellers will need to Download the COVID19 - DXB Smart App (from Apple App Store OR from Google Play Store) to register with the Dubai Health Authority before leaving the airport. Free Wi-Fi is available at Dubai International Airport.
• It is Compulsory for all Residents and Visitors to adhere to the all the precautionary COVID-19 measures in place in Dubai, including wearing a mask, keeping physical distancing and washing/disinfecting your hands regularly.
• Please note that all visa approvals and processing time is done by the Relevant Government Authorities. YTP TOURISM will not be responsible for any Rejection or Processing time taken for visa applications. Any Rejections are non-refundable
