Recruiting Healthcare Professionals for Canada
- Medical Radiation Technologists (Radiographers),

In today’s article, we will cover the steps for MRT ( Medical radiation technologists, Radiographers) to become MRIP’s (Medical radiation and imaging professionals) in Canada and, we will post requirements for all other occupations in the upcoming posts.
Step 1: CAMRT Assessment: Pursue the assessment from CAMRT (Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists) and, obtain the approval letter to write the certification examination. Parallely, approach CMRIPS for evaluation of your work experience and criminal record check in case you wish to practice in Saskatchewan
Step 2: Certification Examination: Register for one of the three annual exam sittings (May, September, January). Registration opens approximately three months prior.
Step 3: Professional Registration: Upon successfully passing the exam, register with CAMRT and, for practice in Saskatchewan, secure your CMRIPS membership.
