Managed by the German architects Dominic Wanders and Richard Wagner, ga | dubai is a member of the international network of Guiding Architects (www.guiding-architects.net). ness for himself by establishing the architecture office Wanders Architects in June 2010. Both architects have been living and working in Dubai for many years. Dominic Wanders established the architecture office WANDERS ARCHITECTS. The office currently deals with projects of different magnitudes in the fields of residential, hospitality and office architecture. Richard Wagner worked with award-winning Dubai based architecture firm DXB-LAB and is a director at the American Institute of Architects AIA Middle East. In addition to their architectural activity, they have been operating ga | dubai since 2006, presenting the impressive architectural and urban developments of Dubai and Abu Dhabi to more than 4500 visitors. The tours are conducted by practicing architects in an informative and enjoyable manner, including historical, cultural and social background information and personal experiences in the UAE. Group sizes range from interested individuals to large groups of over 100 participants. The program length varies from 1 - 5 days and is individually coordinated with our customers, assuring a flawless integration of the tours into any existing travel plans. ga | dubai has access to a broad network of local and international architects, and co-operates with the German Foreign Chamber of Commerce, allowing occasional visits of construction sites and commentary of specialized architects and local experts to flow into the program. We would be honored to organize custom tailored architectural programs for you and your guests. In addition to that we would be happy to help you choose the right hotel, as well as any other leisure and entertainment program.

“But this time for real...!” Dubai Holding just launched and started construction of the 550m Burj Jumeira (without h) - right across SZR from Mall of the Emirates. History of the site: In 2014 they launched Mall of the World, which was subsequently shifted elsewhere. Then in 2016 they launched Jumeirah (with h) Central in its place, incl. the world’s largest outdoor art gallery... and now in early 2019 it’s called Downtown Jumeira (without h) and a super tall tower stands within.
