This trip was a triple bucket-lister for me. My first visit to Switzerland, first ski trip and my first real snow!!! So, if you are a neige novice like me, then best read on. Arriving in the picturesque town of Villars-sur-Ollon, was like checking in to a Christmas snow-globe. Chasing the Durrells

My vote for best holiday resort for 2018 (drum roll), goes to Ikos Dassia.

Although not usually a fan of the all-inclusive resorts, with their ‘cookie-cutter’ packages - Corfu was a welcomed change.

Occasionally we all need a holiday from our holidays. Somewhere that you don’t need to worry about all the hidden extra costs and just immerse yourself in the experience.

This was our choice to wrap up our European summer for 2018. It did not disappoint.

The package meant we could still use restaurants outside of the property and we were even given a Mini Cooper to explore the island! A fantastic mix of downtime and entertainment.

Looking forward to what this hotel group does next!
