As part of EFS’ ESG initiatives, our Bahrain team brought sustainability to life through the Recycled Décor Challenge, combining a fun, hands-on contest with practical learning about the value and potential of recycled materials.

The challenge encouraged employees to rethink everyday waste, explore creative ways to reuse materials, and see how simple choices can support zero waste and circular thinking. The YLPian Alumni Club kicked off with team challenges, friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and good times. The activities brought out everyone’s competitive spirit while creating new memories and celebrating the YLPian community. Inspired by our Co-Founder and Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Tariq Chauhan's vision and EFS’s People First philosophy, the Club brings a network of YLPians together to connect, learn, share experiences and build lasting relationships.
