This Saturday morning, our Young Leaders community came together for a special YLPian Community Townhall with our Vice Chairman, Mr. Tariq Chauhan.

As our successful 7-year-old Talent Management Programme continues to grow and thrive, it was inspiring to see current and former Young Leaders join from across the globe, united by a shared journey of learning, leadership and purpose.

The session also marked the launch of "YLPian" the first-ever YLP Alumni Club created for the YLPian community. With a growing network of 500+ alumni, YLPians will serve as a platform to keep our Young Leaders connected, engaged and inspired beyond the programme.

Through this community, YLPians will continue to nurture initiatives around career development, skill enhancement, work-life balance, interests and community-led activities, supported by dedicated YLPian representatives.

From a talent programme to a thriving leadership community, YLP continues to reflect our belief in empowering people, building future leaders and strengthening meaningful connections across borders.
