Fantastic to hear that my Dubai ladies are still smashing the workouts...pictures to come soon! As for my UK ladies, it starts tonight - AquaZone has its first London based venue - Cedars Health Club on Richmond Hill. 7:15-8pm if anyone is in the area, come along!
