The moment your alarm goes off and the dread sets in. The exhaustion that sleep never actually fixes.

That is not a you problem.

We were not designed to spend forty hours a week in a state of low grade threat and call it ambition. The nervous system does not distinguish between a predator and a passive aggressive manager. Between physical danger and a culture that makes you feel invisible.
