Winter is coming! and rain season is here in Indonesia. At this time we cook collagen soup as we use chicken feet, potato, carrot, red beens and chicken broth in it. You can use breast chicken or beef either.
Spices: 3 pcs garlic, 5pcs cloves, 1 star annise, a small finger of cinnamon, a pinch of crashed nutmeg, 3pcs cardamom, a half teaspoon of white pepper, a teaspoon of chicken powder (chicken block) and salt to taste

Let's try it!
Cut the potato, carrot and leek / green onion keep aside. Clean the chicken / beef, put it in a soup pan add some water, chicken broth, cloves, star annise, cinnamon, cardamom and boil them till the meet is tender. Don't forget to clean the bubbles.
In another side, fry garlic with little oil till little golden colour and pour it into the soup, add a pinch of crashed nutmeg, salt and chicken Block/ powder and all the veggies.
Cook them well and ready to eat.

*if you use dried red beens, you need to soak them all night bfore.
