The situation remains unstable in the region, with air traffic still partially disrupted.
Here are the concrete measures put in place by the major companies

✈️ European companies

🇫🇷 Air France
• Flights to Dubai suspended until March 31
• Options: postponement without fees, have or refund

🇪🇸 Iberia
• Flexibility until May 31st
• Free modification, refund or change of destination

🇬🇧 British Airways
• Reduced program
• Free postponement until June 1st
• Possible redirecting via partners

🇩🇪 Lufthansa Group
• Partial suspension
• Free reprogramming

🇹🇷 Pegasus Airlines :
In case of cancellation, Pegasus generally proposes:
• modification of the ticket free of charge
• refund or have
• or redirecting depending on availability

✈️ Gulf companies

🇦🇪 Emirates
A full refund of the ticket if the flight is canceled
• Free modification with trip postponement (often until late April or May depending on the case) 
•. Forwarding on another available flight
• Rebooking possible until April 30 in several cases
And above all:
• Conditions depend on the date of the ticket and the initial flight (not a single date for all)

🇦🇪 Etihad Airways
• Reduced Flights

All scheduled Emirates flights to and from Dubai remain suspended until 2359hrs UAE time on 4 March, due to airspace closures across the region.

Emirates continues to operate a limited number of passenger repatriation and freighter flights on 3 and 4 March. We are accommodating customers with earlier bookings as a priority on these limited flights. Please do not go to the airport unless you have been notified directly by Emirates, or hold a confirmed booking for these flights.

Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly.

The latest flight updates will be published on our website.

Customers are advised to check emirat.es/flightstatus, review the latest operational updates on emirates.com, and check their email for any notifications about changes or cancellations to their flights before travelling to the airport.
