Kindly be informed that, in accordance with the UAE Cabinet Resolution on raising the minimum wage for UAE nationals employed in the private sector, your establishment is required to ensure that the monthly salary of any UAE national is not less than AED 6,000, no later than 30/06/2026.

Failure to comply will result in exclusion from Emiratisation targets and an Emiratisation contribution of AED 60,000 per affected employee effective 01/07/2026.

We would like to inform you that, based on the Cabinet’s provisions regarding raising the minimum wage for citizens working in the private sector, your establishments must amend the employment contracts of citizens working for them, so that the monthly wage of any citizen is not less than (6,000) dirhams , before 30/06/2026 .

In case of non-compliance, the citizen will not be counted within the localization targets, and contributions of (60,000) dirhams will be imposed on each citizen starting from 01/07/2026 .

No Grace Period: Any payment made after the 1st is immediately classified as delayed. The previous 15-day window has been eliminated
