Caralluma arabica - a wild succulent found across the Arabian Peninsula, traditionally eaten by desert travellers during long journeys and used in traditional medicine for its health benefits. 🌿

Next week we’re back in the mountains - early starts & late afternoons, smaller groups, and three wadis that have been waiting for it 😌🌿.

The main season kicks off in October.

And honestly, film photography just creates a whole different atmosphere 🌿🎞️ (and people joining our hikes are not only wonderful humans, but also talented creators 📸).

Your city life is slowly breaking something your body needs. One night under the stars fixes more than you think 🌿.

Here’s what science actually says about sleeping outdoors:
🧘🏻 Cortisol drops - nature activates your rest-and-digest mode automatically.
😴 Your sleep resets - just one weekend in natural light shifts your body clock by 1.4 hours. One weekend undoes months of late-night screen damage.
😃 Mood lifts - sunlight and movement trigger serotonin and dopamine. The effect can last weeks after a single trip.

A couple of weeks ago (earlier this May) - while most people were already hiding from the UAE heat, we found ourselves back in the mountains again together with Team Jalpari from for another clean-up hike ♻️⛰️.

A young team working on robotics & engineering projects and still choosing to spend an early morning hiking through the mountains, cleaning trails and enjoying natural pools along the way 💦.

Honestly, we’re proud of this young generation 🌿💪
Dusty trails, cold water, bags full of collected trash and small actions that actually matter.
