Dear Trade Partners,
The Saudi Government has imposed Quota on the Visa System. According to this Quota the whole country can issue a fix number of visas per day regardless of which Shirka is issuing how much. Now the practice is that we Submit all the groups at sharp 12 am KSA time everyday, some groups get issued while others go to error due to unavailability of Qota, this is entirely not in control of us or Saudi Shirka that which group got mofa and which went to error. The groups that went to error are processed again the next day and the cycle continues. We advise you not to issue any ticket before getting a visa as this process can take 3,4 days. Secondly once forwarded of you want to delete any pax it can only happen in next morning, so if you are forwarding on other companies please don't forward on our id, we will not delete any pax before 1 pm next day, in this time if the group get issued, you would be responsible for it.

سعودی حکومت نے ویزا سسٹم پر کوٹہ نافذ کر دیا ہے۔ اس کوٹہ کے مطابق پورا ملک روزانہ ایک مقررہ تعداد میں ویزے جاری کر سکتا ہے قطع نظر اس کے کہ کونسا شرکاء کتنا جاری کر رہا ہے۔ اب عمل یہ ہے کہ ہم روزانہ ٹھیک 12 بجے (سعودی وقت) تمام گروپس کو سبمٹ کراتے ہیں، کچھ گروپس کا موفا ایشو ہو جاتا ہے جبکہ کچھ کوٹہ کی عدم دستیابی کی وجہ سے ایرر پر چلے جاتے ہیں، یہ مکمل طور پر ہمارے یا سعودی شرکا کے اختیار میں نہیں کہ کس گروپ کو موفا ملا اور کونسا ایررپر چلا گیا۔ وہ گروپ جو ایرر پر چلے گئے اگلے دن دوبارہ پروسیس کیے جاتے ہیں اور یہ سلسلہ جاری رہتا ہے۔ ہم آپ کو مشورہ دیتے ہیں کہ ویزا حاصل کرنے سے پہلے کوئی ٹکٹ جاری نہ کریں کیونکہ ویزا پراسیسنگ میں 3 سے 4 دن بھی لگ سکتے ہیں۔
