Looking for an Office Assistant who can Support the office staff in conducting their tasks according to policies and procedures Serve as the point of contact for suppliers and service providers Handle the general office communications, as well as the reception area, Keep up accurate and detailed office files and documents Properly maintain electronic and paper files Organize the office area on a daily basis.
Undertake any other related tasks as may be required Job Qualifications and Experience The applicant must have least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar position Should be able to work well under limited supervision Must have a very warm personality with excellent communication skills Should be organized and a good time manager Must have good experience in administrative or clerical activities.
