quipped with Electric Stove, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Maker, Coffer Grinder, Toaster, blender etc. It leads into an open plan living area which has been tastefully decorated with a "Coastal" feel décor. French patio doors lead you out onto a large, open tiled patio, with bright comfy outdoor lounge furniture and dining table for four persons to experience the "al fresco dining" under the stars and hear the ocean waves lapping on the shore. You also have your own outdoor bar, equipped with outdoor drinks fridge, blender, bar stools and "Tiki Bar" style accessories to create your own Caribbean Cocktails or drink of your choice.... There is also a Gas BBQ / Grill to cook up some of those tasty treats....
The bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom (located at the front entrance of the home) has a King Sized bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It also has a wall mounted plasma TV along with an Apple TV installed so you can enjoy a movie from the comfort of your bed. Linens and Towels are provided along with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes and belongings. The second bedroom is located at the back of the home and enjoys the Ocean View. There is a comfy Queen sized bed, and ample wardrobe and drawer space. Air Conditioning is also installed in this bedroom for convenience. Villa Pisces is very unique as it has its own private beach access with steps that lead down onto a calm, quiet sandy cove, with crystal blue shallow waters where you can watch and enjoy the unspoilt sea life in it's natural beauty... an ideal spot for snorkeling, shell collecting, paddle boarding, kayaking or just relaxing in the sun and watching the boats drift by, this truly is an exciting exclusive spot which don't come up very often all to yourself....
Villa Pisces also has a beautiful courtyard area, with exotic, fragrant colorful plants, outdoor hanging porch swing and skillfully designed Pergola which lights up at night with creatively placed solar lighting which is so unbelievably breathtaking that you will not wish to move. A truly relaxing, peaceful spot to just sit, listen to the lapping waves, think, breathe and unwind....
The Villa is fully secured with private parking to fit two vehicles and an electric remote controlled shutter gate for full privacy. State of the art security cameras have been strategically placed outside of the property in order for that "peace of mind" security, all which can be viewed on a monitor located in the living area. The home is fully equipped with all kitchenware and accessories, clean bed linens, plenty of bath towels and use of beach towels. Use of a cooler and beach chairs and sun loungers, snorkeling equipment can also be borrowed along with other beach equipment (just enquire for further information and availability). A private boat trip can be arranged directly with the homeowners and car rental can also be organized in advance along with restaurant or day tour excursion reservations (best to book in advance in the busy high season months). Housekeeping will be included once per week (mid-week), any extra cleaning service required will be at an extra cost but can be arranged in advance. There is a washing machine located in the utility room and is available for guest use. Hodges Bay is a high end residential area. There is a 4 star hotel located right next door, with a restaurant located on the beach, just a few steps away from the Sea. The menu is an Italian medley with Mediterranean influences, dishes are prepared using local products, fish, seafood, vegetables and fresh salad. The bar serves cocktails, fresh fruit juices, soft drinks and a good selection of wines, beers and liquor. The opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. To the left hand side of the property is the Waterfront Bar and Grill. Just minutes away is another beautiful beach and you are also just a short drive away from "Jabberwock Beach" a very popular spot for tourists and residents alike with a mile long white sand beach. There is even a Kite Surfing School located here if you are feeling adventurous!! John's is just a 10 minute drive away along with Supermarkets, Banks, Shops, Large Cinema with 8 screens and a vast choice of restaurants from high end cuisine to the popular BBQ spots serving tasty Caribbean specialties. Only 3 km from Cedar Valley Golf Course and 5 minutes drive from the international airport V.C.
