People in Focus took part of the ‘’Work Without Borders’’ training in July in Bakuriani, Georgia 🇬🇪.

Throughout the week, we explored how to better support young people in navigating online work opportunities, adapting to remote job conditions, and turning entrepreneurial ideas into action.

We exchanged good practices and embraced digital trends in the labor market. 🌍💼

Plus, we shared meaningful moments, cultural experiences, and unforgettable mountain views! ✨

𝗨𝗦𝗦𝗜 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟮!

On July 10, 2025, partners came together for a successful coordination meeting focused on Work Package 2 – Adaptation Framework of the USSI Project.

Led by Carla Chicau Borrego, Politécnico de Santarém, the session gathered representatives from partner countries to refine the evaluation matrix, a key tool for assessing project outcomes.

Today, at the People in Focus office, we hosted an insightful session on 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🎲🧠. The session, led by Kristi, is part of dissemination activities following the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝟮𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 🇪🇺🎮 Erasmus+ international training in Bansko, Bulgaria 🇧🇬🏞️.

It emphasized the role of gamification as a 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 for youth engagement and empowerment in education 💪📚✨.

🌍 Partners of the project came together to discuss the project’s progress. With the project now halfway through, we’re getting ready to launch a new wave of VR-powered learning experiences for the students across the project countries.

🎯 With the training platform ready and vodcast content in development, we’re entering a crucial phase. We’re making vocational education more dynamic, engaging, and future-ready!

👥 Youth workers from across Europe explored how to use 🕹️ gamification to empower young people and enhance youth work.
🎯 The course focused on adopting gamified curricula, sharing best practices 📚, and building a strong network 🌐 of youth organisations committed to digital innovation 💡.
