After the fall of the Communist regime, their song about the end of the Cold War, Wind of Change was a big hit on its release in 1991.

Rozafa Castle, also known as Shkodër Castle. The most ancient walls detected here are from the 3rd and 4th Centuries. Attesting to it's long venerable tradition as an imposing Illyrian stronghold.

It's fascinating how churches are often built on sites where ancient churches stood. The Church of St.Mary of Blachernae, Berat was built on 5th-century foundations. With the main portion and beautifully detailed frescos hailing from the 13th and then 16th centuries.
