Familiarization trip of new guides in the Peaks of the Balkans 🍀🥾

A multi-day experience focused on the work of hiking guides took place last week in the Peaks of the Balkans trail. The guides began the trip with a First Aid training held by in Valbona, before continuing the following days on the hiking trails between Albania and Montenegro.

This experience offered the opportunity to closely understand the work of a hiking guide, leading on new trails, meeting partners, other guides, and guests along the way, while gaining first-hand field experience.

🌳🍃🥾 Last week, the second part of the training for hiking guide came to an end in villages of Rabdisht and Zagrad in Albania, after two days of learning, discussion, hiking and connecting with nature, local people and each other.

Thank you to all participants for their effort, presentations, and commitmend during the training.
