Where myths embrace the beauty of our shores!!!

Welcome to the "Bay of the Nymph Dafina" and the "Nun Seal Cave", I personally call it the second most beautiful beach in Albania after the Bay of Grama.

Legends and Myths speak of Dafina, one of the ancient Naiads, the daughter of Peneus, her beauty had enchanted the God Apollo, who followed her but had never managed to touch her, on this beach her father turned her into a Laurel tree so that Apollo would not take his daughter.

The collective consciousness of Albanians speaks clearly about Dafina beach, here on the same beach is also the Cave of the Mediterranean Monk Seal, one of the rarest species of Seals in the world together with the "Monk Seal of the Hawaiian Islands".
This seal lives and reproduces in the caves and shores of Karaburun in the open IONIAN Sea , sometimes it decides to enter the bay of Vlora, usually early in the morning, it can be found in some ports of Vlora fishing for Mullets.

Good and evil are two sides of the same coin!!!

Welcome to the "Canyon of Smugglers", the most hidden pearl of Karaburun in Ionian open sea, the name and discovery of this place is a complete inspiration of man who is in other cases pushed by a greater force to survive in the most difficult conditions.

The name Canyon of Smugglers speaks for itself, it explains a part of the history of Vlora when smuggling was an open market that gave the collective consciousness of all Albanians the opportunity to liberate the greatest symbol of the freedom of the Soul of man which is the SEA.

Before we enter this Pearl of our Father-Mother land I inform the tourists of "Slow down with Wow", they say what is he saying? What will he tell us now?

The moment we enter the canyon, everyone is amazed and shouts WOOOW!!!

Welcome to the "Bay of Fire", in World War II, England sent its Marines throughout Southern Europe to liberate it from Na**sm, the plan was to send them by parachute, one of these liberating paratroopers was soldier John Alexander, "GjinLeka", he fell with his weapons near this bay which later, for us, took the name Bay of the English.

Here in the story that I tell tourists I call him "Mother John" (from the fate he had) jokingly because he hid for about 2 years and never fired a shot, but there he was found by some locals from the village of Dukat who protected him because he was for them the symbol of victory in World War II.

Miresevini ne "Gjirin e Enji-t"(Agni ose Zjarri),ne luften e dyte boterore ,Anglia dergoj Marinsat e saj ne gjithe Evropen e Jugut per ta cliruar nga nazismi, plani qe ti dergonte nga qjelli me parashyta ,nje nga kta parashytista clirimtare ishte ushtari John Alexander , "GjinLeka",ai ra bashke me armet e tij afer ketij gjiri qe me pas ,per ne mori emrin Gjiri i Anglezit.

Ktu tek tregimi qe ju bej turistave e quaj "Mother John" (nga fati qe pati) me shaka sepse ai u fsheh per rreth 2 vjet dhe nuk shkrepi asnjher,por aty u gjet nga disa vendas nga fshati i Dukatit te cilet e mbrojten ngaqe ai ishte per ta simboli i fitimit te luftes se dyte boterore.
