Facturas are the most Argie thing you’ll find in any panadería (bakery) across the country, north to south, all year round. They’re simple, honest, and pair perfectly with mate. Most of them are pretty similar: dough, some kind of filling, something sweet on top. But each one has its own personality. Quince paste, sugar, dulce de leche. They’re normally ordered by the dozen (but you can always get just one)
If you want to try them, walk into any panadería. Or book a tour with us and we’ll make sure you try the best ones, with mate, while we talk about life.

IMPORTANT:
The scariest part of a first-time event is walking up to the group. Once you do that: CONGRATULATIONS, the hard part is over. From that moment on, you’re officially on the welcome team.
If you see someone walking in alone, make it easy for them: eye contact, a smile, a wave. You don’t need to be their new best friend, just give them a way in. A “hola,” a “hi,” a “qué ondaaa”, whatever feels natural y en cualquier idioma!

Pd: aguante quejarse!
