The Dólar Blue 💸 in Argentina 🇦🇷 used to be a big deal 💰 like an unofficial exchange rate 🥷 But things have changed 🔄 The government and new measures 😵‍💫 caused the official peso to lose value 👎🏼 narrowing the gap between the blue and official rates 🤏

Before December 2023 🔙 the difference was huge, but now it's not as significant 🤷🏻‍♂️ Travelers used to love 🤗 the Dólar Blue for exchanging dollars 💵 but now ☝️paying with a credit card 💳 is smarter 🤓The exchange rate is close to the blue rate 🧮 and it's more favorable for foreign credit cards 🤑

Using cards is convenient 🤩 but have some cash 💵 for places that don't accept cards 🙅🏻‍♀️ especially smaller spots 🍎Don't rely on ATMs 😒 – they have high fees and low limits 💩 not the best choice in Argentina 🧐
