Volcano Calbuco erupted yesterday evening just across the border from Bariloche, sending a light dusting of volcanic ash to our southern home today....so far. People are tense across Patagonia, with memories of Puyehue's eruption 3 years ago - and all the destruction it brought - still fresh.
