After a careful search, we have found the person who will continue our vision with Villakraft: Maud! ( )

For us it feels good to have found someone who wants to build on what we started with the same vision and energy. With Maud, Villakraft is in good hands.

Handing over the keys of Villakraft.

New year. New beginning. Can you see yourself living here, all year or parts of the year? Villakraft is looking for a new guardian.

We enjoyed our time here and are grateful for the time we had here as owners. Bad Gastein is a magical place and we will continue to come there. But we are handing over the keys to someone new.

Concretely we are looking for someone to take over either the ownership or the management of the house. As is, with the full equiped 4 apartments, one owner apartment and comunal spaces.
