Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out to seek your advice and support regarding a serious issue we’re facing. Our business on TripAdvisor is being targeted by someone from Nigeria who’s posting negative reviews daily and demanding a significant amount of money to remove them. This individual is also emailing us regularly from different accounts, pretending to be someone else, and making professional requests to remove their own reviews in exchange for payment.

We’ve tried everything: contacting the police and providing proof, reaching out to and with evidence, but we’re not getting the help we need. Despite presenting clear proof of this extortion, these platforms claim the reviews comply with their guidelines, leaving us with no resolution.

Our business relies on these platforms, and their actions threaten our livelihood. We are turning to the community for suggestions or support.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Are there any effective steps or solutions you’d recommend to handle such situations? Your insights could be a game-changer for us.

One beloved tradition is Bleigiessen, where molten lead is poured into water, and the resulting shapes are interpreted as fortunes for the year ahead. Families often gather for a leisurely fondue dinner, with variations like cheese fondue, or a hot broth to cook meats and vegetables, accompanied by dips and seasonal sides. Classic soups, such as carp soup or vegetable soup with sausage, often feature as starters.

As the clock nears midnight, many Austrians enjoy the charming black-and-white film "Dinner for One" or await the sound of church bells echoing across towns and valleys. At the stroke of twelve, the iconic Blue Danube Waltz by Johann Strauss fills the air from radios, televisions, and public squares, inspiring spontaneous waltzing amidst fireworks and torch-lit mountainsides.
