WIE IST DIE SITUATION IM KLEINWALSERTAL?
Schweren Herzens müssen wir mitteilen, dass mit Ende Sonntag 15. März 2020 die Skigebiete im Kleinwalsertal und Beherbergungsbetriebe mit Montag 16. März 2020 behördlich geschlossen werden. Die Schließung erfolgt auf Basis des Epidemiegesetzes und gilt für ganz Vorarlberg.
Die Gesundheit unserer Gäste, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und der gesamten Talbevölkerung hat für uns oberste Priorität!
Wenn Sie einen Urlaub im Kleinwalsertal gebucht haben, setzen Sie sich bitte mit ihrem Beherbergungsbetrieb in Verbindung

WHAT IS THE SITUATION IN KLEINWALSERTAL?
It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce that the ski areas in Kleinwalsertal will be closing with the end of Sunday the 15th of March 2020 and all accommodation facilities will be closing on Monday the 16th of March 2020. The closure is based on the Epidemic Law and is applicable in all of Vorarlberg.
The health of our guests, employees and the entire valley population is our top priority!
If you have booked a vacation in Kleinwalsertal, please contact your accommodation provider.
ARE THE INFRASTRUCTURAL FACILITIES IN OPERATION?
Yes, these are currently open. However, please keep yourself up to date with the mountain report on www.kleinwalsertal.com in the case of any changes.
ARE EVENTS TAKING PLACE?
Indoor events with over 100 participants and outdoor events with over 500 participants have been restricted by the Federal Government and unfortunately cannot take place. However, you can visit restaurants as usual.

CAN I CANCEL MY HOLIDAY?
As a rule, the standard cancellation conditions of your accommodation apply. Your host and, if applicable, your travel insurance company, can provide further detailed information.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I AM ON HOLIDAY AND SUSPECT THAT I AM INFECTED?
Under no circumstances whatsoever should you go to a doctor's office, remain calm and please call 1450 or 141 immediately.
If it turns out that you are a potential carrier, you will be well looked after and a medical test will be organized for you.
