🌄 2024: A Year of Growth, Adventure, and Connection 🌟

This year has been truly incredible! From unforgettable mountain hikes to launching AFTAB and creating my own line of products, 2024 has been a journey of exploration and creativity. Along the way, I’ve met amazing people, shared adventures, and built connections that I’ll treasure forever.

A heartfelt thank you to .design who made the AFTAB dream a reality, and to for always being there with unwavering support.

Looking forward to 2025 filled with more adventures, new mountain companions, and growing the AFTAB community even further. See you next year in the mountains! ⛰️✨

Spending time in the mountains has always been more regarding then scrolling through social media. This summer has been incredible -I've been on many hikes with amazing people, creating memories that I like to keep just for us. Being present in the moment, without the distractions of showing the world where we are or what we are doing, feels so much more meaningful and free. 🕊⛰️

Today, though, I decided to share some photos and videos from this summer and autumn to show the breathtaking places I've explored. While summer was amazing, hiking in autumn has its own magic! The cooler temperatures make it more enjoyable, the forests are alive with vibrant colors and we've been blessed with a golden autumn this year.🍂🍁🌄

Thank you to everyone who joined me in exploring nature. I look forward to meeting more incredible souls in the mountains in the years to come! ☀️🪶

When I am in the mountains, I feel at home. I experience a kind of freedom that I don't find in the city, only in nature. When I lead tours, I love showing my guests what this freedom feels like. 🏔️
Even though I spend a lot of time in nature with people, I still often go alone to give myself "me time." Usually, these days are not about hiking but about spending the whole day in nature, getting grounded, and reconnecting. 🌳
I love building balancing rocks; they empty my mind and help me focus. In those moments, I can enjoy the present, having nothing else in my head but how I will balance these two rocks together. I feel that these rocks are like a mirror, reflecting my inner balance. 🪶
When I feel unbalanced in life, it takes a long time, or it just doesn't work at all, to build these towers. Whenever I feel balanced in life, they come together very quickly. 🍃

Music in 432 Hz resonates with the natural frequency of the universe and can promote healing and relaxation.
It's said to be the same as the vibrational frequency of the Earth and the Sun.
Whenever I play this handpan, I notice how it captures the attention of animals. Horses, cows, and goats all come close to listen carefully and enjoy the music.
This time, you can even hear the ducks and spot them flying above me.
After I finished playing, one particularly curious duck came and chilled next to me as we enjoyed the sunset.
It's beautiful how this instrument can speak the language of nature.

Standing atop this cliff, surrounded by majestic mountains and lakes, I feel truly alive.
In the mountains, thoughts roam freely, and there is hardly a significant decision in my life that hasn't been made there. ☀️

There is nothing better than starting the week with a hike! That's exactly what we did today with and . We explored the Almbachklamm, taking a delightful round walk up to Ettenberg and then back down to our starting point. It was a wonderful and easy hike, covering 8.8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 347 meters—suitable for everyone.

We took a well-deserved break and enjoyed a sunbath along with freshly brewed coffee. Hope you all had a beautiful start to the week!

Today, I hiked up to the Toni Lenz Hütte on the Untersberg, my favorite mountain! This beautiful, sunny Sunday offered everything a great hike needs. I was on an exploring mission because I was looking for the snowline in preparation for tomorrow's hike with guests. The Hütte is located at 1450 meters and was covered with a lot of snow. The snowline appeared around 1000 meters. It was a moderate hike with a fascinating view of these majestic mountains and the Alps in the background. I can't wait to be back here tomorrow.
