Acclimatisation mission with the classic Hüttengrat on the Fusstein (SW Ridge, 700m, up to UIAA IV) – a long, exposed line with stunning views and continuous movement.

After a long and tricky descent, we made it back just in time for a well-earned plate of pasta at the 🍝⛰️. Proper alpine day out!

From valley vibes to sharp ridgelines — what a day out guiding on Zillertal’s highest! ⛰️

Started the day down in Wipptal at ☕️, and a few hours later I found myself dancing up the Olperer (3.476 m) via its spectacular North Ridge (UIAA III) 🧗‍♂️

Steep moves, strong guest, good conditions — and now soaking in a well-earned sunset at Geraer Hütte, high above the valley. 🌄

This is what guiding’s about.
Purpose. Flow. Elevation.
