VAS Tour Reisebüro GmbH ist eine etablierte Destination Management Company (DMC) mit Sitz in Wien, spezialisiert auf die Betreuung internationaler Gruppen und Partner im Bereich Kultur-, Städte- und Incentive-Reisen. Unser Fokus liegt auf hochwertigen Reiseerlebnissen, exzellentem Service und enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern weltweit.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Incoming Department suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von Gruppenreisen nach Central Europa,
• Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit internationalen Reiseveranstaltern, Hotels, Restaurants und Leistungsträgern
• Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Reiseprogrammen
• Betreuung von Gruppen vor Ort und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
• Administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen der Reiseorganisation

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in der Tourismusbranche (Incoming, DMC, Reisebüro oder Hotel)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Outlook)
• Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit internationalen Kunden
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
