A big family day out in the Barossa Valley with ExperienceSA was a delightful way to explore the rich tapestry of this renowned wine region, especially during vintage. With two cars to accommodate the whole group, the journey promises both convenience and adventure. We started the day at Soul Growers, where the passion for winemaking is palpable, and the wines reflect the character of the Barossa. Next, Langmeil, a winery steeped in history, offering exquisite wines crafted from some of the oldest vines in the world. Z Wine brings a modern touch with its innovative approach and vibrant cellar door atmosphere. Finally, we capped off the day at Tomfoolery, where the spirit of fun meets serious winemaking. Here, the wines are as charming and eclectic as the winery's name suggests. With each stop, we not only enjoyed the distinctive flavours but also the stories and personalities that make the Barossa Valley a must-visit destination.
