VISA HOLDERS โ€” YOUR VISA & TAX RECORDS CAN BE MATCHED!

Did you know the ATO has a visa data-matching program?

The ATO receives visa information from the Department of Home Affairs and matches it against its own records to help identify potential issues with tax, income and superannuation obligations.

โš ๏ธ This means your visa status, work arrangements and tax records need to be consistent and accurate.

โŒ Undeclared income
โŒ Incorrect tax information
โŒ Working arrangements that don't comply with visa conditions
โŒ Incorrect or misleading information
can potentially lead to compliance attention.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Don't wait until you receive a notice from the authorities.
