The Wiener Schnitzel has been an integral part of my culinary journey, deeply rooted in my childhood memories of growing up with an Austrian father and a Hungarian mother. It was our cherished weekly family meal that united us, and today, it remains the dish that my father delights in preparing for my children at our family dinners. At Jarmer’s Kitchen, our schnitzel has become a customer favorite, often prompting inquiries like, “What makes your schnitzels so good?” Each schnitzel is freshly crumbed to order, crafted through a meticulous process of pounding, seasoning, coating, dipping, and crumbing. Accompanied by a classic Austrian potato and cucumber salad, our schnitzels are simply the best. Whether you’ve savoured a traditional schnitzel in Austria or enjoyed them at home with loved ones, the nostalgia shines through in every bite.
