Our Managing Directors have more than 25 years’ experience in the industry from humble beginnings of cleaning toilets, emptying bins they have 'worked from the ground up'. Both moving through the ranks of supervisor, manager, state manager demonstrating that they have experienced all levels of the cleaning industry and have a total understanding of what each layer needs to do to be successful. to this extensive experience they understand firsthand how to present a building, and how to communicate with the team on how they need to go about presenting the building. Having worked in all levels within the industry they can communicate effectively with a team cleaner or your CEO and everyone in between. When our clients ‘report a problem’, they aren't just having their comments passed on, they are having the 'problem solved'. ."No-one likes criticism but here at CleanScope we approach it differently....... we listen and learn. CleanScope has a ‘hands on' approach when it comes to team training. You can't learn it from a book or a video, you need to be shown and given an understanding of why we do things. Our manager’s work shoulder to shoulder with the cleaning team explaining how and what they do affects the end result.
