The oneworld Alliance will welcome its newest member, Philippine Airlines (PAL), in 2027 as its 16th airline member. This comes as welcome news to Australian travellers, particularly Qantas Frequent Flyer members, who will be able to enjoy priority processing and lounge access once they’ve officially joined. Neither Philippine Airlines nor oneworld has confirmed an exact joining date.

On Blake’s return home to Australia, he experienced Oman Air Business Class flying from Muscat to Kuala Lumpur ⭐️ The Boeing 737 features recliner seats only. But he was pleasantly surprised with the modern cabin.

Due to being such a short trip, this experience was overall really great, with comfortable seats and accommodating staff 🥂

A Business Class seat with no fully flat bed ⁉️

Meet Oman Air’s B737-Max 8 product.

It features a recliner style seat product, not fully flat beds. This Business Class seat may not be ideal for long-haul flights. However, for shorter trips we found it reasonably comfortable - especially being a day flight.

Blake enjoyed the;
