After a long restoration R766 is about to begin the operational part of its certification.

Congratulations to the team lead by Mark and Paul Stapleton.

Special thanks to Chris Richards, Byron and Reece Muter Daniel Ekert and Steamrail Victoria for making R766 in NSW a reality.

3801 IS READY TO ROLL 🚂

You'll be hearing a lot about this locomotive over the next few days.... 💚

Locomotive 3801 has departed the NSW Rail Museum for its journey to Sydney, ahead of its official relaunch. 🥳

If you intend catching a glimpse of the train as it makes its way into town, here's a summary of today's timetable. 🤓

Please note: the train will be travelling on freight lines and won't pass through station platforms.

NEW TICKETS AVAILABLE NOW FOR THIS SUNDAY 1st NOVEMBER........

Great news Wine Trainers......if you have always wanted to travel on the South Coast Wine Train but haven't managed to get onboard, a small number of new tickets have come available.

Enjoy touring through the vineyards of Langhorne Creek, Currency Creek and the South Coast to Goolwa including wine tasting at 2 local cellar doors, a 2 course lunch, visit to the Goolwa Wharf Precinct home to the Steam Exchange Brewery, Fleurieu Distillery, The Wharf Barrel Shed and 90 Mile Wines and train travel.....Starting from both Adelaide and Mount Barker!!!

A great way to get out and about with friends and family this coming weekend!!
