After many years of running Blue Wattle Tours Wayne and Moni have decided it’s time to begin a new chapter in our lives, so we are now retired. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time running Blue Wattle Tours, with many wonderful days out exploring our state and making new friends. We’d like to thank everyone who joined us on our day trips around South Australia, for your loyalty and your friendship. We wish you all the very best for the future.

We had a wonderful time recently visiting really useful pots in the Flaxman Valley and learning all about how they create beautiful ceramics. Delicious lunches were had at The Vine Inn in Nuriootpa. Good, fun days!

We’ve had a fabulous month of tours to Ambersun Alpacas watching Chris shear an alpaca and patting the very cute young ones that were hand reared. Fantastic place to visit to get up close with these adorable animals.

We celebrated Christmas with a drive to the beautiful Myponga Reservoir, Lady Bay Hotel for a delicious two-course lunch and Fleurieu Cherries for ice cream.

Unfortunately, due to the spread of the global Coronavirus, and the Government regulations in place, we have decided to postpone all trips at this time. 😞 As the situation is constantly changing we are unsure how long this will last. Hopefully we will resume tours in the not too distant future. In the meantime we wish you good health, stay safe and all the very best.
