We’re absolutely stoked (and a little emotional!) to share that OZSAIL has just been awarded a 20 Years Eco Certification by Ecotourism Australia 🌿💚

And the cherry on top? We’ve just been inducted into the 2025 Ecotourism Hall of Fame — alongside 11 other incredible operators doing amazing work across Australia. What an honour.

OzSail Whitsundays is a local, family-run business located in Airlie Beach, at the heart of Tropical North QLD. We specialise in unforgettable overnight sailing tours. Committed to providing exceptional experiences and deeply appreciative of the Whitsundays' beauty, we pride ourselves on delivering memorable adventures to our guests.

Job Requirements:
Previous exposure to sailing vessels is essential. Experience with commercial operations is a bonus, demonstrating familiarity with the unique demands of this field.

Valid QLD Boat license for tender operations is required.
Valid First Aid and CPR certification compliant with Australian standards (specifically QLD) is mandatory.

Desirable to have Coxswain grade 3 or above.
