Wandering in the wild is made easy with new trails and trail signage. Thanks to City of Albany for curating pathways through the wonderful bushland. These trails are close to downtown Albany in the botanical parkland of Mt Clarence and Mt Melville.

Find your way from Marine Dve, the boardwalk or Middleton. Check the details to know what is bike trail and which ones are dual purpose.

The wildflowers are spectacular at the moment.

Out on the Uredale Trail during we are seeing wildflowers flowering and leafing!

So much colour and diversity plus spectacular views over King George Sound and a yummy picnic lunch.

Love this testimonial from Wendy after she and hubby enjoyed the sunset hike and picnic at Uredale Point. Explored exceptional wildflower display in coastal heathland.

Then watched the sunset eating local produce picnic box prepared by Albany's artisan baker BredCo.

Walking back along the beach, the sound of waves and the cool quiet of the evening surrounded us as we watched stars emerge from behind cloud in the inky blackness of the sky.

"What a great hike, a little challenging but we thoroughly enjoyed it, hubby really enjoyed the flora and knowledge shared by Susan, while I enjoyed the hike, ambience and scenery. Not what we would normally do late afternoon, but so glad we did. Food was great too! Highly recommend."
