Heritage Week is here! Join us this Saturday, 26 April, as we celebrate with a day of live demonstrations - all included in your entry ticket (free for Alice Springs residents).

Discover the rich history of Alice Springs through immersive heritage experiences:

• Blacksmithing showcase with Shaun Leyland - see traditional skills in action, with a special talk at 10am (9am - 12pm)

• Lacemaking with our local arts group - watch the intricate craft come to life (9am - 12pm)

• Morse code demonstration with Ron and Graham - learn how to read and decode this historic form of communication (9am - 3:30pm)

Our café will also be open for you to relax and refuel. Whether you’re after our fresh scones, a light lunch, or a refreshing drink, we have something for everyone. Our personal favourite is the homemade vanilla slice!

The Telegraph Station and Trail Station Cafe will be open over Easter!

Daily 8.00 am to 4.00 pm

We have the Morsecodians here!
Saturday our Blacksmith Shaun will speak and do blacksmithing demonstrations between 9 and 12 pm.

Also on Saturday a local crafts group will demonstrate lacemaking in the station masters residency.
We will have Devonshire Tea for our visitors, along with our delicious menu.
Museum entry is free for Alice Springs locals!

Trail Station Cafe will be open from 530pm-730pm on the 5th April they will open again at 7am the following morning for coffee and other yummy snacks

Jose Petrick with family and friends celebrated her 101st birthday here at the Alice Springs Telegraph Station Cafe today. It was a very delightful morning and our team was very excited to be part of this special day, on Valentines Day!
