PUMP AHSS

PUMP AHSS PUMP AHSS is a free student-based fitness initiative run by seniors starting soon!! :) PUMP AHSS will be free sessions tailored for all fitness levels.

PUMP Alstonville High School Students is a student-based initiative to encourage 'senior presence' within the school. This is a fitness group run before school on Mondays from 7.30-8.30am by senior students for any interested students. The seniors running the sessions have a combined experience in a variety of sports including running, gymnastics, judo, circuit training, gym, hockey, basketball, a

thletics etc. If you think you might be interested in having a go and some fun with friends, feel free to send us a message. Any suggestions can be posted here too :)

Great morning! We had a few games of dodgeball, some partner cardio exercises, had a decent circuit and then finished of with core. Good job everyone that turned up!
Especially Elise Cavanagh, kicking puppies since '96.

Great work everyone this morning! We had some pretty good beep test results, a solid running session with Alex, circuit training, fun circus drills with Tess and Kel and finished with core pilates. It was great to see new faces,
