Eco-Logic & Splitpoint Lighthouse Tours Developing environmental connections through education Eco-Logic promotes a connection with the 'place' through experiential education.

Thousands of people each year visit the Surfcoast on Victoria's Great Ocean Road. We engage these groups and facilitate thinking about a wide range of environmental perspectives, from a wide range of environmental situations. Whether it be handling a crab on the rocky shore, or quietly observing nocturnal animals during the moonlit hours, many students have experiences that are meaningful, life-lo

ng and highly developmental. We teach a respect for the environment as a whole, by connecting with and experiencing just a small part during each activity. More recently, we have been able to offer a professional environmental consulting service for companies and individuals in the region that require these services. Eco-Logic staff are often multi-disciplinary, and combine educational with professional environmental science qualifications. Coupled with an intimate knowledge of the coast, we can provide specialised knowledge and outcomes on a wide variety of environmental consulting requirements. Eco-Logic has the advantage of being located on the coast for over 15 years, and has a highly developed network of contacts throughout the local authorities, which helps to ensure the best possible outcomes in the least amount of time.

Across 2,500km of the Victorian coast, bookings for the 2026 Summer by the Sea are now open for over 100 free activities, hosted by 25 environmental organisations, from January 3 to January 18.

The Lighthouse is open for Christmas!
We're open Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
If you'd like something to do with the kids or you need to burn some calories after the Christmas pudding, we'll be open from 10-4pm each day. Last entry is at 3.30.
Then we'll be open with extended hours from 10-4pm each day until 26. January.
