I have to say, I'm impressed!!
We've contacted Shereen with our request to travel as early as the beginning of December. Our request was for four people and very complex. Well, she performed nothing short of a miracle. She made the flight schedules fit exactly into our schedules instead of the other way around and the prices even fits our limited budget!!
