XTsea performed a 'wedding transfer' charter yesterday to take Peter and Doug and their friends and family from the registry to their reception near the Opera House.

Colleen outdid herself with the catering, supplying a color-theme-matched platter with decoration to suit which went down a treat. She followed it with a generous seafood platter of peeled prawns, oyster, sushimi and other delights, and then a dessert plate.

Peter had ordered the drinks for the event from Dan Murphy, which we picked up and was already stacked in our esky on ice when everyone walked on board. We provide a FREE service to pick up Dan Murphy orders.

Tonight we celebrated our 500th charter!

A combined Hens/Bux party for Kyra were happy to celebrate with us.

A total of just over 10,000 guests have enjoyed their time on board.

This is Liam. Tonight he boarded XTsea with 22 of his friends to celebrate Isabelle's 28th birthday.

Our first charter of the season will happen on Saturday evening with a Bucks party.

We have had a total of 9978 charter guests on board so far, so we may well crack 10,000 guests on that charter!

XTsea does not hold a liquor license so we cannot supply alcohol directly to you, but we still have you covered!

Order all your beer, wine, spirits, soft-drinks, and juices online from Dan Murphy’s and we’ll pick it up, load it onto the boat, and have it on ice and waiting for you when you step aboard. All offered FREE as part of our amazing service to you!

Note this service is only for when you are catering all or most of the drinks for your event. It’s not for us to pick you up a six-pack!

Create a Dan Murphy’s account if required, select LEICHARDT NSW 2040 as the store, and a 30 minute pickup. You’ll need to nominate David Downs 0417593899 under Contact Details as the ‘Who’s Picking Up’.

Make sure your order is available for pickup at least 24 hours before your charter! Let us know the details and we’ll do the rest!

(Some hints! Cans are much preferable over bottles on board a boat, and many people buy way too many drinks. For a four hour charter, an average of six drinks per person is usually more than enough.)

XTsea is available for your party afloat for up to 30 guests. We'll pick you and your guests up at any convenient point where you'll step aboard for a red-carpet experience. We'll take you to one of the Harbour's brilliant locations and you can chill, swim, enjoy a cold beverage or two, and you can watch the Race that Stops a Nation at 3.00pm on our television.

We supply the ice but you BYO alcohol so you can enjoy your favourite tipples at bottleshop prices.

You might like to supply your own food, or we can cater for you. One offering you might like to consider is our seafood extravaganza offering which is $20/head where we source fresh prawns, oysters and other delights from the Sydney Fish Market that morning and lay out an unforgettable spread.

Check out our spectacular new netting up forward. The ones we had on were the ORIGINAL ones from 2006 and had survived a trip around Australia, 16 years of the Australian sun, and over 6800 charter guests.
A huge thanks to Gordon at Multihull Tramps who built these for us in very quick time in the peak of charter season.
