"Bel's Retreat Experience: A Journey of Self-Care and Empowerment"

🌸 We are honoured to share Bel's inspiring journey during her time at our retreat. As a mother of two small children, she recognized the importance of carving out time for herself, and we were thrilled to provide a space for her to do just that. 🌿

From the moment Bel arrived, her energy and enthusiasm were infectious. She immersed herself in the transformative power of yoga, The yoga sessions allowed her to find inner peace and reconnect with her body, creating a sense of balance amidst the busyness of motherhood. And it was something she always wanted to try and she got to try it with yin yoga sequences, with Laura Humphries.🧘‍♀️

But it wasn't just the physical practice that resonated with Bel. Our workshops offered her the opportunity to delve deeper into her own personal growth and self-discovery. With an open heart and mind, she actively engaged in discussions, shared her insights, and supported her fellow retreat participants. The connection and shared experiences were truly magical. ✨

Her presence reminded us of the importance of nurturing our own well-being, even amidst the demands of daily life.
