These homestead and cottage photos taken by reveal the oozing vintage charm and character of Eighteen Mile so beautifully.

Captured in a time of severe drought (Oct 2019), now a reminder to appreciate keenly the rain that comes to replenish.

Sabine was enthusiastic and encouraging. Her relaxed, warm style is much like one of a longtime friend.

Listen to the river as it meanders merrily beside the cottage.. flowing close from its source, the Lamington National Park.

Loving the vibrant green hillsides and pastures.. the cattle are also! 🐮🌿🌿🌿

“Was a wonderful weekend away... What a beautiful valley that is!.. Never knew it existed!”
Our weekend guests at the cottage were too engaged with making the most of their stay than taking photos (these are ours), but so good to hear when our little neck of the woods is appreciated for all it has to offer.
