On our way home, we stayed at a farm stay where we got to feed some horses and highland cows. We then made our way to Kingaroy where we got to stay at our favourite camping spot. We also got to meet some new people and enjoy some amazing hospitality. On the farm in Kingaroy we also showed the girls how we used to ride bikes with friends or siblings when we were their age😆 The girls also talked me into a handstand competition 🤣

On Saturday we set off on another adventure, it was a slow start but we made it. We found an amazing spot just outside Bargara where we got to explore around the area and put our feet up for a bit. We are now slowly making our way home again.

This weekend we decided to do something Josh has wanted to do for a long time. We took a trip to Warwick and watched some truck racing! It was an incredible experience to hear and see them up close. The girls are excited because we are now able to mark off more roads we have travelled on with the caravan.

Today we all got to share in Josh’s interest in trucks. We spent the day at the Brisbane truck show, having a great time looking at all of the interesting trucks and getting lots of freebies😆. We all had the best time🥰. We even got to meet the girls favourite, Yogi from Outback Truckers, the girls were super excited.

This weekend we decided it was time to venture out in the caravan again for the first time since coming home.
We stayed at Bunya Red Farm one of our favourite spots. While we were there we got to go to the Kingaroy show and even got to watch some boys we met at TeenStreet do bull riding.
We are back home now and getting ready for reality again, it was definitely tempting to just keep moving in the caravan again😆

Well after a year of adventuring we had our first days back. The girls went back to school, I had my first day back in the Kindergarten classroom and Josh had a day back in the water truck. The girls loved it back at school and for some of us it was a bit of a shock to the system😆

We have made it home safely via our favourite camp spot in Kingaroy 😊. I (Andrea) are on my way for an unplanned visit to Christchurch to see some family. Josh and the girls will be getting things ready for us to move back in to our home! Thank you to all our friends who have given us a place to park the van, we really appreciate it 😊

Exploring around Broken Hill, the girls also got to spend some time with some of the animals thanks to Petah from Silverton Outback Camels. The girls had the best time cuddling the animals.

During our time in Adelaide we did some shopping, enjoyed a day at the Zoo and got to celebrate Emily’s birthday with some special friends😊🥳
